القياس هو الدليل الرابع بعد القرآن و السنة و الإجماع و معناه لغة التقدير و اصطلاحا رد واقعة غير منصوص عليها الى واقعة منصوص عليها لإتفاق بينهما في العلة و بالتالي الحكم و له اربعة اركان
1: الواقعة الغير المنصوص عليها2: الواقعة المنصوص عليها 3: العلة 4: الحكم
مثال : المخدرات واقعة غير منصوص عليها نقيسها على واقعة منصوص على تحريمها في القرآن الكريم و هي الخمر العلة الجامعة بينهما هي السُّكر المخدر مُسْكِر كالخمر و الحكم تحريم المخدرات كما حرمت الخمر

Qiyas is the fourth evidence after the Qur’an, Sunnah, and consensus. Its meaning is the language of appreciation, and idiomatically, the response of an incident that is not stipulated to an incident that is stipulated, due to an agreement between them in the cause, and therefore the ruling, and it has four pillars.
1: The incident not provided for 2: The incident provided for 3: The cause 4: The ruling
Example: Drugs are an incident that is not stipulated for. We measure it against an incident that is stipulated for its prohibition in the Holy Qur’an, which is alcohol . ❝
❞ مَّثَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ بِرَبِّهِمْ ۖ أَعْمَٰلُهُمْ كَرَمَادٍ ٱشْتَدَّتْ بِهِ ٱلرِّيحُ فِى يَوْمٍ عَاصِفٍ ۖ لَّا يَقْدِرُونَ مِمَّا كَسَبُوا۟ عَلَىٰ شَىْءٍ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ ٱلضَّلَٰلُ ٱلْبَعِيدُ ﴿١٨﴾
The example of those who disbelieve in their Lord is [that] their deeds are like ashes which the wind blows forcefully on a stormy day; they are unable [to keep] from what they earned a [single] thing. That is what is extreme error . ❝

One of the greatness of Allah Almighty, His favor upon His servants, and His wisdom in His decrees is that He has placed aspects of goodness and mercy within afflictions and hardships. Those who possess knowledge, clear minds, and pure hearts are able to comprehend them. As an example, we witnessed the following during the recent earthquake:
First: Those Muslims who died in this calamity are elevated to the status of martyrs, as stated in the Hadith: the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, ˝Whoever dies in a calamity is a martyr.˝
Second: The rise of faith in people˝s hearts and their remembrance of the Hereafter after realizing their proximity to death and the loss of what they had accumulated in this worldly life, spending their years in pursuit of it.
Third: A great and awe-inspiring social solidarity and an indescribable spirit of sacrifice were buried under the rubble of materialistic life.
Fourth: The emergence of numerous fresh water springs in some regions that had been suffering from drought and water scarcity.
Fifth: The attention of the state and people to areas that were experiencing poverty and marginalization.
So, praise be to Allah for His decree and destiny . ❝

الفرق بين الأصولي و الفقيه(الشيخ هشام المحجوبي المراكشي)
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
الأصولي عمله متعلق بوضع و تأصيل الأدلة ، و أما الفقيه فيبحث عن أحكام الله في الأدلة الشرعية ، مثال توصل الاصوليون إلى أن الأمر في النص يفيد الوجوب حتى تصرفه قرينة ، فاستخرج الفقهاء من هذه القاعدة حكم وجوب الصلوات الخمس لأن الله تعالى أمر بها في القرآن الكريم (و أقيموا الصلاة).

The usuli˝s work is related to the establishment and foundation of evidence, while the jurist looks for the rulings of Allah in the sources of Islamic law. For example, the usuli scholars have concluded that a command in a text implies obligation, unless there is evidence to the contrary. The jurists have derived from this principle the ruling of the obligation of the five daily prayers, because Allah has commanded them in the Quran (Establish prayer).
