الإجماع الدليل الثالث (الشيخ هشام المحجوبي)
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
يعتبر الإجماع هو الدليل الثالث بعد القرآن الكريم و السنة النبوية الذي يحتج به على الأحكام الشرعية و معناه لغة الإتفاق و شرعا اتفاق علماء الأمة الإسلامية على حكم شرعي و له شرطان
الشرط الأول : اتفاق علماء الشريعة فغير العلماء لا عبرة باتفاقهم او مخالفتهم
الشرط الثاني : ان يتفقو على حكم شرعي فالأحكام اللغوية و العقلية و غيرها لاتدخل في الإجماع
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Consensus (ijma\') is considered the third source of Islamic jurisprudence after the Quran and the Sunnah. It refers to the agreement of the scholars of the Islamic nation on a particular legal ruling. Linguistically, it means agreement, and in the context of Islamic law, it refers to the consensus of the scholars. There are two conditions for the validity of consensus:
1. The consensus must be reached by the scholars of Islamic law. The consensus of those who are not qualified scholars is not considered valid or authoritative.
1. The consensus must be on a legal ruling. Linguistic or rational matters do not fall within the scope of consensus.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
كل سنة نقبل عليها في حياتنا ينبغي أن نستحضر معها معنيين عميقين متلازمين لكل إنسان
#المعنى #الأول : علينا أن نعلم أن كل سنة نودعها و نستقبل سنة بعدها إلا تقربنا إلى يوم لقاء الله فأنت تسير بخطى ثابثة إلى ذلك اليوم العظيم فإياك أن تصل إليه و أنت مثقل بكتب و ملفات مليئة بالذنوب و الخطايا تدارك نفسك قبل فوات الأوات بالثوبة إلى الله و الإستغفار و الإقبال على الأعمال الصالحة يقول سبحانه و تعالى ˝و تزودوا فإن خير الزاد التقوى و اتقوني يا أولي الألباب˝ و يقول أيضا في اخر آية نزلت من القرآن ˝ و اتقوا يوما ترجعون فيه إلى الله ثم توفى كل نفس ما كسبت و هم لا يُظلَمون ˝

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Every year that we embark upon in our lives should bring forth two interconnected profound meanings for each individual.
The first meaning: We should recognize that every year we bid farewell to and every year we welcome brings us closer to the day of meeting Allah. You are steadily moving towards that great day, so beware of reaching it burdened with books and files filled with sins and transgressions. Take hold of yourself before it is too late, through repentance to Allah, seeking forgiveness, and engaging in righteous deeds. Allah, the Exalted, says: ˝And take provisions, but indeed, the best provision is Taqwa (piety). So fear Me, O you of understanding˝ (Quran 2:197). He also says in the last verse revealed in the Quran: ˝And fear a Day when you will be returned to Allah. Then every soul will be compensated for what it earned, and they will not be treated unjustly˝ (Quran 2:281).
The second meaning: Many people were taken by Allah in the past year, and their actions came to an end. You, on the other hand, have been blessed with life. So, be grateful to Allah for this blessing and seize this opportunity. Do not be among those who are heedless.
May Allah grant us wisdom and understanding, and may He bless us in this new year.

ان من المفاهيم الخاطئة التي ترسخت في ذهن الانسان المعاصر مفهوم التخلف و معنى هذا المفهوم الخاطئ عدم مواكبة قيم الغرب و تطوره المادي . بعد ذهاب مكياج الغرب و لمعانه المتوهم ضهر على وجهه الحقيقي لجميع العالم وجه اناني جشع منافق لا يشبع من امتصاص دماء الضعفاء حتى في الغرب نفسه هذه الحقيقة اعادتنا الى المعنى الحيقيقي للتخلف و هو عدم مواكبة قيم الاسلام الذي انزله الله لنفع الانسان و دفع البلاء عنه في الدنيا و الآخرة . و يدخل في المفهوم الحقيقي للتخلف الضعف في وعي الواقع على حقيقته . فكل انسان لا يعي الحقيقة فهو متخلف .
