█ تذكرة للأغنياء (الشيخ هشام المحجوبي) بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم بعد أيام إنشاء ستنتهي هذه السنة الهجرية تبدأ سنة أخرى من الدنيا بهذه المناسبة نذكروا أغنياء أمتنا الكرام بحق أموالهم الذي هو الركن الثاني أركان الإسلام عن عبد بن عمر قال رسول صلى عليه وسلم (بُني الاسلام خمس شهادة أن لاإله إلا محمد إقام الصلاة إيتاء الزكاة صوم رمضان الحج) فإياكم تتهاونو فإن أداءها الوجه الأكمل بركة تيسير حفظ للنفس المال نماء له وقاية النار الآخرة إن منع أو أكل شيء منها مَحْق يصيب النفس الأهل آفة تهلك الحرث النسل ونار (لم يمنعوا زكاة اموالهم مُنعوا القطر السماء ولولا البهائم لم يُمطروا ولم يَنْقُضُوا عهد وعهد رسوله سلط عليهم عدوًّا غيرهم فأخذوا بعض ما أيديهم وما تحكم أئمتهم بكتاب ويتخيروا مما أنزل جعل بأسهم بينهم) جرت العادة عندنا المغرب الناس يخرجون أول حتى يضبطوا الحساب منطلق المحمودة فتاوى علماءنا فقهاء فالقاعدة الأصولية كتاب مجاناً PDF اونلاين 2024

بعد أيام إنشاء الله ستنتهي هذه السنة الهجرية و تبدأ سنة أخرى من هذه الدنيا
وصلى الله وسلم وبارك على سيدنا محمد وعلى اله وصحبه اجمعين.
In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate. As the end of this Hijri year approaches, we remind the wealthy members of our community of their obligation in the sight of Allah towards their wealth, which is the second pillar of Islam. Abdullah ibn Umar reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, ˝Islam is built on five (pillars): the testimony that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is His Messenger, establishing prayer, paying Zakat, fasting Ramadan, and performing pilgrimage to the House (Ka\'bah) if you are able to do so.˝ Therefore, do not neglect the payment of Zakat, for its complete and proper payment brings blessings, protection for oneself and one\'s wealth, and growth in both. Failure to pay Zakat or taking from it unjustly harms one\'s wealth, soul, and family, and is a calamity that destroys crops and lineage, and leads to the fire of the hereafter. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, ˝They did not withhold their Zakat except that they were prevented from rain from the sky, and if it were not for the animals, it would not have rained for them. And they did not violate the covenant of Allah and His Messenger except that Allah would send against them an enemy from among themselves who would take some of what was in their hands. And so long as their leaders did not judge according to the Book of Allah and chose from what Allah had revealed except that Allah would make their troubles among themselves.˝ In Morocco, it is customary for people to pay their Zakat at the beginning of the Hijri year in order to settle their accounts. This commendable custom is based on the fatwas of our scholars and jurists, and the fundamental principle is that ˝custom is a decisive factor in Islamic law.˝ Therefore, let us calculate our saved money and capital of our businesses, and if the amount reaches the Nisab (minimum threshold), which is equivalent to eighty-two grams of raw gold, pay one-quarter of one-tenth or 2.5% of the total and give it in charity to those who deserve it, such as the poor, the needy, the Quranic students, the scholars of Islamic knowledge, the debtors, those who recently embraced Islam, and the travelers. Allah, the Most Wise, says, ˝Zakat expenditures are only for the poor and for the needy and for those employed to collect [Zakat] and for bringing hearts together [for Islam] and for freeing captives [or slaves] and for those in debt and for the cause of Allah and for the [stranded] traveler - an obligation [imposed] by Allah. And Allah is Knowing and Wise.˝ And may peace, blessings, and mercy be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and all his companions.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
كل سنة نقبل عليها في حياتنا ينبغي أن نستحضر معها معنيين عميقين متلازمين لكل إنسان
#المعنى #الأول : علينا أن نعلم أن كل سنة نودعها و نستقبل سنة بعدها إلا تقربنا إلى يوم لقاء الله فأنت تسير بخطى ثابثة إلى ذلك اليوم العظيم فإياك أن تصل إليه و أنت مثقل بكتب و ملفات مليئة بالذنوب و الخطايا تدارك نفسك قبل فوات الأوات بالثوبة إلى الله و الإستغفار و الإقبال على الأعمال الصالحة يقول سبحانه و تعالى ˝و تزودوا فإن خير الزاد التقوى و اتقوني يا أولي الألباب˝ و يقول أيضا في اخر آية نزلت من القرآن ˝ و اتقوا يوما ترجعون فيه إلى الله ثم توفى كل نفس ما كسبت و هم لا يُظلَمون ˝

Every year that we embark upon in our lives should bring forth two interconnected profound meanings for each individual.
The first meaning: We should recognize that every year we bid farewell to and every year we welcome brings us closer to the day of meeting Allah. You are steadily moving towards that great day, so beware of reaching it burdened with books and files filled with sins and transgressions. Take hold of yourself before it is too late, through repentance to Allah, seeking forgiveness, and engaging in righteous deeds. Allah, the Exalted, says: ˝And take provisions, but indeed, the best provision is Taqwa (piety). So fear Me, O you of understanding˝ (Quran 2:197). He also says in the last verse revealed in the Quran: ˝And fear a Day when you will be returned to Allah. Then every soul will be compensated for what it earned, and they will not be treated unjustly˝ (Quran 2:281).
The second meaning: Many people were taken by Allah in the past year, and their actions came to an end. You, on the other hand, have been blessed with life. So, be grateful to Allah for this blessing and seize this opportunity. Do not be among those who are heedless.
May Allah grant us wisdom and understanding, and may He bless us in this new year.

ان من المفاهيم الخاطئة التي ترسخت في ذهن الانسان المعاصر مفهوم التخلف و معنى هذا المفهوم الخاطئ عدم مواكبة قيم الغرب و تطوره المادي . بعد ذهاب مكياج الغرب و لمعانه المتوهم ضهر على وجهه الحقيقي لجميع العالم وجه اناني جشع منافق لا يشبع من امتصاص دماء الضعفاء حتى في الغرب نفسه هذه الحقيقة اعادتنا الى المعنى الحيقيقي للتخلف و هو عدم مواكبة قيم الاسلام الذي انزله الله لنفع الانسان و دفع البلاء عنه في الدنيا و الآخرة . و يدخل في المفهوم الحقيقي للتخلف الضعف في وعي الواقع على حقيقته . فكل انسان لا يعي الحقيقة فهو متخلف .
