فملخص تعريفها : أعتقد بقلبي و أقر بلساني و أعزم على العمل بجوارحي أنه لا متبوع في الدين بحق إلا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم ، فلا يمكن أن تكون مسلما بحق حتى تحقق في نفسك هذه الشروط السبعة .
الشرط الاول: أن تتعلم ما يجب عليك من سنته المطهرة صلى الله عليه وسلم ، قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم:˝ طلب العلم فريضة على كل مسلم˝
الشرط الثاني: أن تحب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أكثر من جميع الناس حتى من نفسك ، قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((لا يؤمن أحدكم حتى أكون أحبَّ إليه من ولده ووالده والناس أجمعين))
الشرط الثالث: أن تقر بوجوب طاعة ما أمرك به عليه الصلاة والسلام ، قال تعالى :˝ يا أيها الذين آمنوا أطيعوا الله و أطيعوا الرسول˝
الشرط الرابع: أن تقر بوجوب ترك ما نهاك عنه عليه الصلاة والسلام ، قال تعالى في القرآن الكريم:˝ وما آتاكم الرسول فخذوه و ما نهاكم عنه فانتهوا˝
الشرط الخامس: أن تصدقه عليه الصلاة والسلام في كل ما يخبر به ، قال تعالى في القرآن الكريم:˝ يا أيها الذين آمنوا اتقوا الله وآمنوا برسوله˝
الشرط السادس: أن تعبد الله وفق هديه و سنته عليه الصلاة والسلام ، قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:˝ من أحدث في أمرنا هذا ما ليس منه فهو رد˝
الشرط السابع: أن تعتقد أنه آخر الأنبياء والمرسلين و أنه أفضلهم،قال تعالى :˝ مَّا كَانَ مُحَمَّدٌ أَبَا أَحَدٍ مِّن رِّجَالِكُمْ وَلَٰكِن رَّسُولَ اللَّهِ وَخَاتَمَ النَّبِيِّينَ˝
و في الحديث الصحيح ، قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:˝ لا نبي بعدي ˝ و قال أيضا:˝ أنا سيد ولد آدم يوم القيامة ولا فخر˝ ، و أما حديث:˝ لا تفضلوني على يونس بن متى عليه السلام˝ فمعناه أنه عليه الصلاة والسلام نهى عن تفضيله المفضي إلى التنقيص من الأنبياء، فالمعنى المستفاد من جميع الأحاديث أنه عليه الصلاة والسلام خير نبي مع الإيمان بجميع الانبياء و حبهم واحترامهم.
