: Book Description This book has grown out of several years’ experience of teaching Constitutional and Administrative Law to LLB students and to graduates in other disciplines taking the Postgraduate Diploma in Law. Britain’s unique and unwritten constitution is the product of a process of evolution over many centuries and, unlike most others, is not wholly or even predominantly the child of an identifiable event or period of time.
